Return for store credit or Exchanges within 14 business days only
For defective or damaged products, please contact us at support@striptofficial.com with information about your order to discuss a refund or exchange.
Please head to stript.loopreturns.com to start the exchange process or do it directly in your account in the return portal. If your size is out of stock you can exchange it for store credit. Let us know once you’ve shipped the item(s), and we’ll process the exchange right away.

Is there any time limit for issue reporting?
To qualify for the payout, you'll need to follow the reporting time requirements:

Love the everyday pants, they are truly meant for everyday use. Only downside is im 5’0 and they are super long, so I plan to hem about 2-3 inches off. Maybe in the future there can be a petite option for the short girlies.
