No, signing up for an account is 100% free and there is NO membership fee to redeem benefits.

For every $1 spent per order, you will gain progress towards the next tier. There is no limit to much you can earn per order - just make sure you’re logged in to your account at checkout to make sure your purchases are tracked.

Your membership tier is based on how much you have spent overall. You will start from Subscriber status ($0-$499 spend) and move up from there as you spend more. Once you enter a new tier, you will receive the benefits for that tier by email and you will have one year from that date to reach the minimum spend threshold (mentioned above) to retain your status. If you do not, you will move to the tier that you are eligible for until that limit is reached.

For example, if you are a VIP Bestie, but have not met the $325 yearly spend requirement within one year, you will be dropped to VIP Baddie status if at least $175 yearly spend amount has been reached or subscriber status if less than that has been reached.

You can check your VIP status on your customer account page. When you level up, you will receive an email welcoming you into the new tier and your status will be updated on your account page.

You will lose status if the yearly spend requirement is not met, or if you unsubscribe from our newsletter. Each tier has a yearly spend requirement (identified above). If the requirement is not met, you will be reassigned to the tier you qualify for.
