Is there any time limit for issue reporting?
To qualify for the payout, you'll need to follow the reporting time requirements:
- For issues of loss - when the package is not delivered- the issue cannot be reported sooner than 30 days from the date it was shipped- for domestic shipments (and 60 days for international shipments).
- Issues of damage must be reported within 7-days from the date of delivery.
- Issues of theft must be reported within 7-days from the date of delivery.
- Requests to return must be reported within 14-days from the date of delivery.
We are unable to offer free return shipping on eligible item(s) returned. There is a flat rate of $8 for return shipping labels for domestic orders.
Once the return is received and approved, the refund will be processed as store credit to your STRIPT account to be used during future checkouts.

Soooooo I ordered on the 31st of Jan didn’t receive it until the 14th. I did reach out to CS where they responded promptly and informed me my delivery would be out soon and it was. Although the order took a little long to come Ari did post and say the weather messed shipping up. HOWEVER I would wait that long again because the pieces are worth it.
