Return for store credit or Exchanges within 14 business days only
For defective or damaged products, please contact us at support@striptofficial.com with information about your order to discuss a refund or exchange.
Please head to stript.loopreturns.com to start the exchange process or do it directly in your account in the return portal. If your size is out of stock you can exchange it for store credit. Let us know once you’ve shipped the item(s), and we’ll process the exchange right away.

Is there any time limit for issue reporting?
To qualify for the payout, you'll need to follow the reporting time requirements:
- For issues of loss - when the package is not delivered- the issue cannot be reported sooner than 30 days from the date it was shipped- for domestic shipments (and 60 days for international shipments).
- Issues of damage must be reported within 7-days from the date of delivery.
- Issues of theft must be reported within 7-days from the date of delivery.
- Requests to return must be reported within 14-days from the date of delivery.
We are unable to offer free return shipping on eligible item(s) returned. There is a flat rate of $8 for return shipping labels for domestic orders.

I couldn’t wait to try this on so as soon as I got it I tried it on in my car at work 🤭 . This is my first order from Stript and Im literally obsessed with this hoodie. It’s so tea ! The design, the fit, the quality..everything is 10/10. It feels like a warm hug when you put it on. If you’ve been thinking about it or eyeing it for a while definitely get it. This is a great piece to have in every girl wardrobe. The quality is amazing! The corset design allows you the option of dressing up a streetwear hoodie. This is also a great piece for adding some fun and flare to a casual outfit. It features so many vibrant colors, making the styling options endless. I wore it for the first time with a jumpsuit that had pink/green accents and black Louie rain boots. I plan to wear it next with jorts and sneakers.
