Return for store credit or Exchanges within 14 business days only

Please head to stript.loopreturns.com to start the exchange process or do it directly in your account in the return portal. If your size is out of stock you can exchange it for store credit. Let us know once you’ve shipped the item(s), and we’ll process the exchange right away.

Is there any time limit for issue reporting?
To qualify for the payout, you'll need to follow the reporting time requirements:
- For issues of loss - when the package is not delivered- the issue cannot be reported sooner than 30 days from the date it was shipped- for domestic shipments (and 60 days for international shipments).
- Issues of damage must be reported within 7-days from the date of delivery.
- Issues of theft must be reported within 7-days from the date of delivery.
- Requests to return must be reported within 14-days from the date of delivery.
We are unable to offer free return shipping on eligible item(s) returned. There is a flat rate of $8 for return shipping labels for domestic orders.

Great quality run big you can definitely size down a size or two depending on how you want them to fit. My only complaint is the metal stars loosen up and fall off same with the matching hoodie unfortunately. Other than that i love my set!

I love the sweatpants! They’re GREAT quality and long just like I wanted them. My only gripe is, even with a size L, the waistband is a little more snug than I’m used to. Other than that, I absolutely love them.

Obsessed with the pants! Day one felt snug but not tight after two wears, it did expand a little bit and fits like a glove! I did get them tailored to my length preference so they are definitely tall girl , curvy girl friendly !
