For defective or damaged products, please contact us at support@striptofficial.com with information about your order to discuss a refund or exchange.
Please head to stript.loopreturns.com to start the exchange process or do it directly in your account in the return portal. If your size is out of stock you can exchange it for store credit. Let us know once you’ve shipped the item(s), and we’ll process the exchange right away.

Is there any time limit for issue reporting?
To qualify for the payout, you'll need to follow the reporting time requirements:

The Gigi is very freaking cute!!! this is the first bodysuit I’ve purchased and I am overly obsessed with the quality. The fabric is very nice not too thick, but it’s still snatches you in just right. I love the length of the biker short and where they hit on the thigh and the option to pull the zipper down a bit to control how much cleavage you show is just perfect!!
