Please head to stript.loopreturns.com to start the exchange process or do it directly in your account in the return portal. If your size is out of stock you can exchange it for store credit. Let us know once you’ve shipped the item(s), and we’ll process the exchange right away.

Is there any time limit for issue reporting?
To qualify for the payout, you'll need to follow the reporting time requirements:

Loveeeeee it. In my opinion it’s more on the smaller “tighter side” I would order a size up if you want more breathable room. But if you want snatched then stick with normal size.
